4 x 5mins, 2 min walking recovery
After 17 days off, I was back on the tready this morning taking it easy with four 5min efforts. There was a little bit of discomfort but not as bad as I thought could happen and hence Comeback #9 is underway!! Hit the weights afterward for an hour of core strengthening. Gees, its good to be back!!
