Sunday Long Run

4 x 10 mins, 2 min walking recoveries

Big day at work yesterday in the office from 8am till 1:30am. Came home and got 7.5 hours sleep before heading to the gym where I had another good session rolling along at 5:00 pace. Time really seemed to fly and before I knew it, it was time to stop running. I felt I could have comfortably continued for another 30 minutes but after missing 17 days of running, I'm coming back carefully. Shins felt good throughout and the upper body felt strong.
