Wed - 50 mins, 10k's @ 5:03 mins/km
Went to Good Life gym at Chermside with MJ to check out the facility and do an easy recovery run on the tready. Gees - my legs were real sore from the hard session yesterday and I really needed the easy run.
The rest of the day was a bit of a write off with a bad headache. Not sure why I got it - perhaps dehydration that was not helped by having the bedroom air con on all night. I might have to take a leaf out of the Brisbane Lions' book and put a bucket of water in the bedroom to add moisture to the air.
